The place is not worth the hype at all. Since it was our first visit we booked the superior farm room which costed us 7000/- and the rooms were not like they were shown in the pictures. The bathroom was stinking & the pillows & blankets had stains. We went for lunch around 1:30 & the person was like the lunch is over as we did not anticipate so many people on 31st dec. It was so disappointing to see that after mentioning that we had booked a room he apologised and offered us food. The food is highly overpriced & very average in taste. Breakfast has very limited options. Waste of time & money. The managers are least interested in answering your questions. There are no animals as mentioned in their PDF. It's all fake. Overall, very poor management & poor facilities at such a price. It's better to visit a 5 star than spending your money here.

The best thing about this place is the people/staff who takes care of the place. Wonderful hospitality even in busy times. Also the nature lovers would cherish the stay in the lap of abundant greenery. Keep up the good work.

Loved the place until I met the desk person at the gate . Waited long enough for the food service. Staffs are not at all cooperative, as I would like you to look after your service and staffs because it's only going to take down the beautiful place. I'm your customer , we pay to enjoy the beauty and peaceful nature and not to respond to rude staffs and ignorance of service. Not the worst but the bad experience I had ,being very Frank.

Very bad experience. No service No proper management. Drunk people make so much of issue. They created scene. They slap my child. But none of the hotel staff came forward. Hotel authority don't allow outside food not even for children but they are allowing people who are drunked and who are drinking inside the hotel property. Would not recommend to visit this place.

Cons: 1. Behaviour of management, especially the one who manages booking is very arrogant and rude which forced me to give 2 less stars out of 5. 2. They don't provide any clarity on anything and upon asking reciprocate in a very rude manner. They definitely need to learn on how to communicate with customers. 3. Swimming Pool charges are 350/- per head for 1 hr, which seems to be high based on the facilities they provide and even water is not very clean. Pros: 1. Food is decent. 2. Restaurant staff behaviour is good and service is prompt. 3. Ambience is good as well with clean surroundings.
